Who Runs Rivalry Rage?

I know…once again, where’s the blog meat? Well, please be patient and humor me one more time. This short blog is designed to provide a brief background about the team members developing and running Rivalry Rage, Inc. (hereafter RR).

I’m the founder and designer of this site, but as with anything, it’s not a one man show. The concept was developed from a conversation several years ago with my nephew, Stephen. My lovely bride, Eve, is the one that keeps us out of trouble and ensures we think through things before moving out aimlessly, which I’ve been known to do.

I utilize my 25+ years of experience in leadership, management, operations, and engineering to lead the RR team. This experience was obtained while service on active duty in the U. S. Navy for 20 years and while serving in various roles in the commercial defense industry, including positions such as: systems engineer, operations/tactical data analyst, Director of Marketing and Business Development, and most recently as the President and founder/owner of Innovative Support Services And Consulting (ISSAC) Corp. ISSAC Corp is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned (SDVO) systems engineering firm located in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

Eve Jones manages all aspects of Human Resources (HR) and Organizational Management requirements for RR. She has extensive experience in technical document writing/editing/quality assurance; process improvement implementation and assessment utilizing the Capability Maturity Model® Integration (CMMI®); and corporate HR management. Eve is the co-owner/founder and Director of HR for ISSAC Corp. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology and a Masters of Art degree in Organizational Management. Eve is the foundation that keeps everything in my life balanced.

Stephen aka “Dr. Smack” Bethea, my nephew, was the inspiration behind the development of RR. His burning desire to be the ultimate sports fan and trash talker has led to the RR concept. Stephen has experience in architecture and mechanical infrastructure design. He will continue to be a source of ideas and motivation for the growth of RR. Stephen will be the team lead for RR content management. He writes and post articles (with oversight and quality control from Eve), and keeps the conversations going on RR, Facebook, and Twitter sites.

This is just a very short background on the three principals involved with RR, but provides a little insight about the RR team. Please feel free to post questions/comments about the team if you have any. Stand by for the next blog…creation of the RR concept. From this point on, I’ll provide detailed information about RR. Thanks for following our journey and we welcome your feedback.
